OneRoof Neighborhood Centers aims to provide a single point of access to reach a multitude of resources all under one roof, ultimately eliminating the barriers to acess St. Joseph County robust but complex social services network. By housing all of these social services under one roof, and with the help of Community Navigators, United Way of St. Joseph County succeeds in increasing program participation, and the ensuring that each resident that walks through our doors are efficently stewarded through application processes to receive the social services they may need.
