The Voices Behind Our Impact
The Community Impact Committee is a dedicated, non-funded advisory group that partners with United Way’s Community Impact Team to guide and strengthen our work in St. Joseph County. Bringing together voices from across sectors, the committee ensures that community investments are both strategic and equitable. This committee serves by:
- Reviews funding applications and analyzes community data
- Presents grant recommendations to the United Way Board
- Co-creates the Community Impact Plan to address emerging needs
Through their insight, expertise, and collaboration, the Community Impact Committee helps align resources with the greatest needs of our neighbors—ensuring that every investment drives meaningful change and amplifies community voices.
